Liverpool FC boss Arne Slot spotted on holiday in Ibiza ahead of official unveiling

New Liverpool FC head coach, Arne Slot, has been pictured on holiday in Ibiza.

The Dutchman has been confirmed as Jurgen Klopp's successor and officially took over on June 1. However, the 45-year-old has yet to be formally unveiled in his new role as his stint in charge was quietly announced with a short message and an article detailing the managerial history of the club.

An update from the new boss' daughter, Isa, has revealed Slot is enjoying a family holiday on the Spanish island. Isa took to Instagram to share a snap alongside Slot and his wife, Mirjam as they sat by the pool soaking up the sunshine.

She said: "With the parents."

Further updates on Isa's social channels have revealed the family appear to be enjoying a luxury trip at five star hotel, OKU IBIZA. Slot is expected to be officially unveiled in his new role in early July ahead of pre-season.

The former Feyenoord manager was spotted in the region last month as he enjoyed a meal at Moor Hall Restaurant. The Michelin starred destination is located in Aughton and is ran by chef Mark Birchall. The head chef shared a snap alongside Slot on the acclaimed venue's official Instagram page on May 24.
