LMFAO's Redfoo Hit With Glass In Pub Attack

One half of the US pop duo LMFAO has been hit in the face with a glass at a pub in Australia.

Redfoo suffered a minor injury when the glass was hurled at him while he was drinking in the upmarket Sydney suburb.

The singer and Australia X Factor judge, whose real name is Stefan Kendal Gordy, was left with a cut above his right eye, police said.

"You know, what kind of person would do this?" he said.

"Then, I was walking and I kept on holding my head because it was hurting and then I looked down (screams) and saw the blood, you know and that makes you a little more, that heightens everything, that makes you a little more upset," Redfoo told Australian television channel Nine Network.

Police have charged a 21-year-old man over the attack. He will appear in court next month.

Redfoo is the youngest son of Berry Gordy Jnr, the founder of Motown Records company.

His nephew Sky Blu, or Skyler Austen Gordy, makes up the other half of LMFAO, who have become famous for hits including Sexy And I Know It.
