This lavish Southbank bar has a slick Instagram page to match. Most piccies have a explainer of what goes into the drink as well as the inspiration behind it, so it's easy to learn more about their award-winning cocktails. Their Fluff and Fold Royale is particularly impressive, boasting a pistachio torched meringue elegantly perched on the side.

This swanky bar is in a Grade II listed building, that was originally built in 1864-65 for the German Gymnastics Society. Much like the bar itself, the Instagram page oozes sophistication, with marble-topped bars and decadent glasses popping-up again and again in posts. The cocktails are so pristine they almost look too good to drink.

This account is very theatrical, and who doesn’t love a drink that tells a story? From their A Curious Story cocktail that is served in a mug with a cucumber sandwich to their Smoko Pops cocktail that comes in a milk bottle with coco pops, these drinks are inventive to say the least.

Artsy folk will appreciate this bar’s Instagram page. Drinks aren’t served in regular glasses here, instead these are offered up in unique themed containers - we’re talking pencil sharpeners, old boots, swans and bicycles. Its unorthodox approach to cocktails has racked up a following of over 30,000 fans. Make sure you check this one out.
