Louis Smith and Lucy Mecklenburgh got into the Christmas spirit at the launch of Hogwarts in the Snow at the Warner Bros. Studio Tour London - The Making of Harry Potter last night.

Looking totally gorgeous (can we have your coat please, Lucy?), the two joined a host of stars for the magical tour, with Tom Fletcher, Dynamo, Great British Bake-Off winner Nadiya Hussein and Jake Wood all enjoying the festive makeover.

As were we, of course.

When we nabbed them for a quick chat, the two told us just how much Louis loves the magical world of Harry Potter.

Explaining that they’d been to the Studio Tour before, Lucy told Yahoo Celebrity: “We came for the launch of Platform 9 and ¾, but Louis is literally the biggest Harry Potter fan that’s ever lived so he wanted to come back. When this came up, we were like ‘we’ll do it properly this time’ because last time we got pulled here, there and everywhere and we didn’t really get to look around.”

Testing Louis’ Harry Potter knowledge, we asked if he had a favourite book, to which he said: “I’m only on the second one! I’ve watched all the films but I’ve only just started the books.

“People always read the books first then watch the films and they say ‘oh the films aren’t as good’, but I love the films and now the books are even better, so it’s a win-win.”

Sadly, Louis had left his wizarding wand at home, but he did bring a Harry Potter glove with him, joking that it was from the original films.

Tom Fletcher, meanwhile, was rocking a Hogwarts t-shirt, while Amanda Lamb apparently confessed that she was loving the tour more than her children.

No-one can resist the magic of Harry Potter, especially when Hogwarts is in the snow!
