'Love Is Blind' star Jessica Vestal says Harry Jowsey was her 'comfort zone' while they were filming 'Perfect Match' season 2
"Perfect Match" star Jessica Vestal told Business Insider that Harry Jowsey supported her on the show.
The Netflix reality stars met for the first time filming "Perfect Match" season two.
Jessica said Harry was her "comfort zone" during uncomfortable moments in the series.
Warning: Spoilers ahead for the first six episodes of "Perfect Match" season two.
"Love Is Blind" star Jessica Vestal said her "Perfect Match" partner, Harry Jowsey, was her "comfort zone" during the chaos of the series.
Jessica and Harry star in the second season of "Perfect Match," a Netflix crossover series where contestants from across the streamer's reality show slate date each other to find a partner.
Many of this year's cast, including Harry and Jessica, come from Netflix's two most well-known dating shows, "Too Hot To Handle" and "Love Is Blind."
Jessica joins the show in episode three, and after one date, Harry decides to match with her and become a power couple.
Speaking to Business Insider ahead of the season two premiere, Jessica praised Harry for supporting her during the show because she was still new to reality TV at the time they filmed.
"I would consider Harry a veteran in the reality TV space," Jessica said. "There were a lot of situations I was really uncomfortable in, and Harry was my comfort zone. I found a lot of solace in his presence, and he would just tell me, 'Focus on me and us and not the chaos going on around us.'"
Jessica's season of "Love Is Blind" did not start airing until February 2024, which was after "Perfect Match" season two had wrapped filming.
In episodes three and five, Jessica and Harry have a few tense moments after hearing other contestants question Harry's loyalty. After conversations with Harry, Jessica decides to stick with him.
Jessica told BI that she felt safe with Harry during their relationship on the show.
"I had the same common knowledge that everyone else had as far as his reputation, but at that point in time, based on my experience with him, I had no reason not to believe what he was telling me," Jessica said.
Time will tell how their relationship will pan out on the show. The next three episodes of "Perfect Match" premiere on Netflix on June 14.
