Tonight's (July 22) dose of Love Island drama is sure to grab viewers' attention, with Wes and Megan's alone time providing many awkward moments for fellow islanders.

The on-screen couple's closeness has been gradually increasing over the past few weeks and on tonight's evidence, their lust for each other doesn't show any signs of stopping.

Will the upcoming shock dumping test their true compatibility, though?

As the two lovers canoodle in bed together, Megan says, "I feel like we're proper boyfriend and girlfriend. I do really fancy you. I can just picture when we're not in here. The more I picture what it's going to be like, I just want to do it now."

Wes responds: "We're boyfriend and girlfriend, so it's allowed."

However, as they begin getting passionate under the covers, Steph waltzes into the bedroom at exactly the wrong time. Out of embarrassment, Megan tries to cover up the situation with, "This bikini's just very tight. Just having a little nap."

"I'll leave you two lovebirds to it, shall I?" Steph hastily replies.

Later on, Jack becomes the third villa-mate to foil their plans in the bedroom (following new Laura's additional moment), strolling in with the line: "Am I that awkward geezer that shouldn't be here?"

Will Wes and Megan ever be left alone again?

Love Island continues tonight (July 22) at 9pm on ITV2, where there'll be another dumping – followed by Love Island: Aftersun at 10pm on ITV2.
