Love Island’s Chris Hughes ignored Katie Price’s ‘full on’ Twitter messages

Love Island favourite Chris Hughes has revealed he ignored Katie Price when she attempted to contact him online.

The former glamour model, who met Hughes on Loose Women, sent messages to the reality star on Twitter.

But Hughes said she was “full on” and ignored her attempts at conversation.

“She’s a little bit full on! She’s funny, but interesting,” he told Closer.

“She tried to message me on Twitter a little bit, but I just didn’t reply.”

His admission came days after it was reported that Hughes – who is dating fellow Love Island contestant Olivia Attwood – found Price’s contact “unsettling”.

A source told The Sun: “He was completely knocked backwards by Katie’s messages.

“He’s only met her once but clearly left a lasting impression. Katie has no shame and she’ll gladly flirt up a storm and insist it’s harmless. But given she’s a married woman, it’s all very unsettling for Chris.”

Price has been rocked by reports claiming she is ‘preparing to split’ from her husband of four years, Kieran Hayler.

The Loose Women panellist is said to be struggling to trust Hayler after he had affairs with her former friends Jane Pountney and Chrissy Thomas.

“The marriage is essentially over,” a source told The Sun.

“Pals are speaking openly about the fact she plans to end things officially soon.

“She has said she doesn’t trust him and can’t see them having a future together.”

Price sparked speculation that her marriage was in trouble after she tweeted a string of quotes about infidelity.

Eagle-eyed fans then spotted that neither she nor Hayler were wearing their wedding rings in their Instagram posts. Price was also missing her band during an appearance on Loose Women.
