Love Island viewers are suspecting Grace Jackson of playing a game following an explosive recoupling that left tempers flaring.

In what was a dramatic twist in Monday's episode from the sun-kissed Spanish villa, islanders were rocked by news of an unexpected recoupling delivered via a shocking text. Newcomers Konnor Ewudzi and Matilda Draper were granted the privilege of choosing their partners first, throwing established couples into chaos.

Konnor, feeling encouraged from the night before, boldly chose to couple with Grace, leaving her previous partner, Towie's Joey Essex, out in the cold. Yet his move was met with a chilly reception from Grace who appeared taken aback by his decision.

Another was clearly exasperated: "I really don't understand why Konnor hasn't revealed that Grace strongly hinted that she was open? Surely this has to be exposed. But yeah it is weird behaviour from her.
