Lucy Mecklenburgh has revealed that her baby girl has been in hospital after becoming "really poorly".
She needed oxygen and was tube fed while she was in hospital.
Sharing a picture of the baby in a cot, Mecklenburgh wrote: "Lots of messages asking where I’ve been for five days.
“Unfortunately Lilah got really poorly with bronchiolitis so we have had a few days in hospital. She is home now and doing well."
The TV star - also mum to two-year-old son Roman with former Corrie actor Ryan Thomas - said although she wasn't in a position to give medical advice she wanted to tell other parents about their experience.
She said: “It started with Roman having a really bad cough I presume he picked up at preschool, then Lilah caught it and three days in she wasn’t coping very well, tummy sucking in, cough getting worse, high temperature, coughing and choking on milk and her saliva.
“In hospital she needed some oxygen and was tube fed for a couple of days.
"She had a nose swab that tested positive for RSV which causes bronchiolitis."
The reality star, 30, said the baby was now "home and happy", adding that she was "just a little sleepy and still has a bad cough".
In another post, Mecklenburgh discussed how hard it was not being able to breastfeed Lilah while she was unwell.
She wrote: “This week I’ve felt lost not being able to feed my two-month-old baby girl, or cuddle her and play with her. Even though I rarely left her side I missed her so much.
“There’s been lots of worry, lots of pumping and a hell of a lot of gratitude for the NHS doctors and nurses for getting my baby girl well again."
Mecklenburgh and Thomas got together in 2017 after meeting on Celebrity Island With Bear Grylls.
Roman was born in 2020 and Lilah arrived in May this year.
