Quote from Haidai: "The occupiers want to storm Bakhmut, which is why they are terrorising the settlements located on the approaches to this city.

On the border of the regions, over the past day, the Russians have launched 7 rocket attacks, 3 mortar attacks, carried out two attacks with the use of tube artillery and two more with the support of rocket artillery."

Details: According to the head of the Oblast Military Administration, Verkhnokamianske in particular suffered serious damage- the Russians hit it with artillery and Grad multiple-launch rocket systems, and even used air power.

The occupiers also heavily shelled Bilohorivka using Grad MLRS overnight.

Haidai said that the Russian army is throwing recently mobilised residents of the occupied settlements of Luhansk region into battle, but the occupiers are unable to advance. Despite heavy artillery and missile strikes,  the Armed Forces of Ukraine are holding their positions.

The head of the Military Administration added that things are not going according to plan for the occupiers in the occupied cities either.

Haidai reported that the Russians had promised to quickly restore critical infrastructure facilities, but they have had difficulties not only with repairs, but also with the supply of drinking and technical water.
