Machine Gun Kelly raps about Megan Fox's pregnancy loss

Machine Gun Kelly has rapped about fiancee Megan Fox's pregnancy loss in his new song.

The song, called Don't Let Me Go, includes the lyrics, "How can I live with the fact that my hand wasn't on her stomach when we lost the baby?"

In the song, Machine Gun, 33, goes on to rap about why he recently tattooed his whole upper body with black ink.

"Lately my thoughts eating me alive / laid in the bed thinking maybe the hate'll finally go away if I'm not alive/ Just like I wish they would understand me one time/ I had a breakdown and tatted my entire body except one line."

Megan, 37, wrote about her pregnancy loss in November last year in her poetry book, Pretty Boys Are Poisonous.

"I want to hold your hand / hear your laugh, but now / I have to say / goodbye," she wrote. "I close my eyes and imagine holding you tight against my chest as they rip you from my insides."

Megan and Machine Gun Kelly have been in an on-off relationship since 2020. They are currently engaged.

The actress has three sons with her ex-husband Brian Austin Green.
