After last week's Made in Chelseaseries premiere delighted viewers as Queen of the Jungle Toff met up for a quick lunch with her jungle campmate Stanley Johnson, tonight's (March 19) second outing to the Chelsea Embankment saw the gang get down to business.

Which, in a nutshell, means Sam Prince made his Chelsea return in a bid to convince Toff to take a night off work and go out with them – and Mark-Francis Vandelli joining them to deliver the best speech about why Toff should never allow herself to get stressed.

And it was advice that viewers quickly took on board too.

Walking is such a chore

"That's a ghastly word, you shouldn't use it," Mark told Toff when she mentioned how "stressed" she was with all the work she's got going on at the moment.

"You should never get stressed, about anything. I have tens of thousands of people trying to contact me on an hourly basis, I travel the globe constantly and yet nothing fazes me. People are born, people die, people require me for all manner of things and opinions and sign-offs, and yet I don't get stressed about it."

And then, just to prove his point, as Toff's phone goes off, he quickly took it from her, sent an out of office message and threw the phone away over his shoulder.

Only in Chelsea, eh?

"Do not allow everybody to get in touch with you," he continued. "To talk to you, to telephone you, to write to you. Do you understand?"

And it's safe to say that, with a positive, stress-free attitude like that, we all need a Mark-Francis Vandelli in our lives:
