Made in Chelsea star Louise Thompson has shared a tribute to fiancé Ryan Libbey for supporting her during her stay at the hospital.

The reality TV star took to Instagram today (February 14) to post a sweet message to Libbey for being a pillar for her and their son Leo, who was born in 2021.

"This has been shit x 100000 for you," Louise, who has ulcerative colitis, noted in her post, adding: "Harder at times for family than for the person sick."

"But you have done everything you could and more. And that is love," she continued.

"Thank you for taking Leo swimming and paddling every morning when away. Thank you for carrying his weight around the place. Thank you for taking him to see the boats when I needed a quick rest. Thank you for sitting on half an aeroplane seat the whole journey back so that he could sleep. Thank you for visiting me every day. For coordinating family. For coordinating care."

Louise also celebrated her partner for "being brave enough to cry in front of me" and for "not judging" her.

"Most of all thank you for making things as normal as poss for little Leo whilst I wasn't at home and for taking on that solo parenting responsibility that so many do," she then wrote.

"This isn't what you signed up for but I promise things are about to get really good for us!"

"Honestly you are the strongest woman I know!!!!" Zara shared.

"Seeing you in that hospital with wires and tubes coming out of every part of your tiny body, and still seeing a smile on your face throughout it all… there are no words. You are made of strong stuff my girl. In awe of you. Leo is lucky to have an amazing mummy like you to look up to."
