A man with links to West Yorkshire is wanted in Hungary after assaulting a police officer.

Horvath Istvan, 56, is wanted by Hungarian law enforcement after being convicted and failing to appear at court in Hungary in 2013. He was sentenced to three years imprisonment in his absence and is now the subject of a manhunt.

The National Crime Agency [NCA] says Istvan has links to Dewsbury and the surrounding areas but "could be anywhere in the county".
