A man has been found dead at a Scots high-rise tower block.

Police raced to the incident outside Greendykes House on Greendykes Road in Edinburgh at 5pm on Monday, April 15.

Officers attended and the body of a man was discovered in a flat.

There does not appear to be any suspicious circumstances.

A Police Scotland spokesperson told our sister title, Edinburgh Live: “On Monday, 15 April, 2024, the body of a man was found within a property on Greendykes Road, Edinburgh.

“There does not appear to be any suspicious circumstances surrounding the death and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.”
