Man 'Stole His Lawyer's Mobile' In Court
A man has been charged with stealing his own barrister's phone during a court appearance.
Bobby Heath is accused of taking the phone at Bexley Magistrates' Court on 1 May.
The 25-year-old, from southeast London, was in court pleading guilty to possession of cannabis and driving without insurance.
Magistrates fined him £165 and he had to pay further costs of £170.
His driving licence was also endorsed with six points.
Heath has been bailed to appear again at Bexley Magistrates' Court on 2 June in relation to his lawyer's phone.
