Manchester United trio Mason Mount, Anthony Martial and Victor Lindelof have been pictured in first team training ahead of Saturday's FA Cup final with Manchester City.

United take on their city rivals at Wembley Stadium looking to win a second trophy under Erik ten Hag. They come into a repeat of last season's cup final with the odds against them after their disappointing Premier League campaign.

However, Ten Hag could be handed a much-needed boost ahead of the final with the availability of three players. After Raphael Varane, Bruno Fernandes, Lisandro Martinez and Marcus Rashford made comebacks from injury, more players could make their returns this weekend.

The club confirmed on Wednesday that Mount, Martial and Lindelof had returned to training. Mount hasn't featured since the 4-0 thrashing at Crystal Palace earlier this month but could return against City.

Lindelof and Martial have both missed more football than Mount this season. The defender has managed just 27 appearances with his last game coming in the 1-1 draw at Brentford in March.

Martial, who is expected to leave the club at the end of his contract this summer, last played in the 3-0 home defeat to Bournemouth at the start of December.

Luke Shaw and Harry Maguire, who were both called up to England's provisional squad for the European Championships this summer, are set to miss the final.

Ten Hag will face the media on Thursday afternoon with a full update on the fitness of his squad before the trip to the capital.
