Maria Ozawa has no issue with Robin Padilla

The "Nilalang" actress says that the actor has apologised for leaving the project

16 Oct - Former AV star Maria Ozawa bore no ill feeling towards actor Robin Padilla despite his withdrawal from the 2015 Metro Manila Film Festival entry, "Nilalang".

As reported on PEP, the actress, who appeared at the movie's press conference recently, stated that she has accepted Padilla's apology to her, after he decided to leave the project.

As to whether she has no issue working with the actor in the future, Ozawa replied, "Of course. There is nothing weird between us. I would love to do movies with him."

Padilla, who was previously cast to play the lead, decided to withdrew from "Nilalang" ten days before the shoot to accompany wife, Mariel Rodriguez, who has a miscarriage. He was later replaced by Cesar Montano.

Prior to her knowing the reason behind his departure, Ozawa criticised Padilla and called him unprofessional for leaving abruptly.
