Martin Garrix has retained his title as the world's Number 1 DJ for the second consecutive year, holding off some pretty stiff competition.

He received the award at the Top 100 DJs Awards ceremony at the Amsterdam Arena from DJ Mag.

Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike kept their number two spot from last year, while Armin van Buuren nabbed this year's third place.

Tiesto, David Guetta, Afrojack and Steve Aoki all managed to hold on tight to the top 10, but there were some new additions too.

The Chainsmokers jumped an impressive 12 places and landed at the number 6 spot, while Marshmello has climbed 18 places to number 10.
