The Voice: Kids is set to hit our screens next Spring and will follow the same premise as The Voice – which has recently switched from the BBC to ITV – but the competition will be for seven to 14 year olds.

Speaking about Danny’s potential involvement with the show, an insider dished: “Danny has 13 years of experience touring and making albums with a successful band.

“He is perfect for The Voice – he’s someone the young contestants will really relate to.”

Will is set to sign one of the talents from the children’s special of the show at the end of the series, although other judges are yet to be confirmed.

The source added to The Mirror: “He really thinks he can find the next Justin Bieber.”

Danny previously competed in the talent show ‘Popstar to Operastar’ back in 2010, but sadly finished fifth.

However, his McFly bandmates have had more luck in reality TV, with Dougie Poynter winning I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here and Harry Judd winning Strictly Come Dancing back in 2011.

We can’t wait to see Danny bestow his wisdom on the small screen every weekend!
