Her interview - in which she discusses her acting auditions - will be aired on the small screen on Thursday.
Excitement ahead of the interview was building on social media after a teaser clip was shared on Wednesday.
Meghan spoke fondly to Ellen DeGeneres of auditions she did during her acting career.
In the teaser clip, the talk show host said: “You said the last talk show you did was like I dunno another decade ago but you used to come to this lot to audition all the time.”
To which Meghan responded: “Oh my gosh, completely! I would park at gate three and then I would scoot on over and what was so nice is the security guards would always say, ‘Break a leg, we hope you get it’.”
The Suits actress remembered driving her very old Ford Explorer Sport to the site in her acting hey day.
But as the key had stopped working on the driver’s side, she said she was forced to climb through the boot of the car to get into the vehicle.
She said: “After auditions, I would park at the back of the parking lot. And I would open the trunk and climb in and then pull it shut behind me and crawl over all my seats to get out.
“That’s how I would come to and fro.”
The Ellen Show dropped the interview bombshell on their social media account.
The tweet read: “A lot has changed since the last time Meghan, The Duchess of Sussex, was on the Warner Brothers lot. Don’t miss the rest of our interview tomorrow.”
Meghan and Ms DeGeneres have been friends after a chance meeting at a dog shelter in 2012.
It is the Duchess of Sussex’s first sit-down chat since she joined Prince Harry for her explosive interview with Oprah.
She lives in Los Angeles with her husband as well as their two children Lilibet Diana and Archie.
They made the move to the US after the couple stepped back from their jobs as senior Royals.
