London foodies will get to experience Michelin-starred Singaporean cooking next month, as three of the country's top chefs descend on London for a series of supper clubs.

The three dinners, all taking place from October 4-6, will be hosted at Bluebird Chelsea, Avenue and Angler.

Each night will see a chef take to the kitchen to serve their own set menu, while a top Singaporean mixologist sets up in the bar.

Jason Tan will be in residence at Chelsea's Bluebird, cooking up a three-course menu featuring Orkney scallop with Iberico pork jowl and his own interpretation of Kaya toast. Sasha Wijidessa from Operation Dagger, which placed 24th on the World’s 50 Best Bars list, will be on-hand stirring up complementary cocktails.

Michelin-starred chef Malcolm Lee of Candlenut will plate up Peranakan cuisine at Avenue in St James, with dishes including a roasted Chilean sea bass, a traditional Nyonya tok panjang and Lee's signature chendol cream. On drinks duty will be Philip Bischoff of Manhattan, the Regent Singapore hotel bar which was named the seventh best cocktail spot in the world last year.

From October 4 - 5, Angler will welcome Julien Royer, the French chef patron of Odette, which sits inside the National Gallery Singapore. Royer will present a five-course tasting menu in collaboration with the restaurant’s head chef Gary Foulkes. Vijay Mudaliar from Signapore's Native – no relation to the London restaurant of the same name – will serve from a list of five cocktails.

Some of Singapore’s top DJs, including members of A Phat Cat Collective, DJ Aurora, DJ Ya5th and DJ Joshua P will take to the decks to soundtrack the evenings.
