Mike Tyson marked his latest appearance in a pro wrestling ring by brawling with Chris Jericho.

‘The Baddest Man on the Planet’ is preparing for a sensational return to boxing to compete in an exhibition bout for charity but has also been involved with All Elite Wrestling - appearing at the promotion’s Double or Nothing pay-per-view last weekend.

The 53-year-old made another appearance on Wednesday’s Dynamite show - and had some back-up. Tyson was flanked by Henry Cejudo, the former UFC bantamweight champion who announced his shock retirement following victory over Dominick Cruz at UFC 249 with MMA legend Vitor Belfort and UFC Hall of Famer Rashad Evans also in tow.

Tyson confronted Jericho and his Inner Circle as the storyline segment reached boiling point.

“I have been dreaming of this moment for 10 years. You turned on me,” Jericho said, referring to an incident between the two in WWE 10 years ago where ‘Iron Mike’ floored his tag team partner. “You looked me in the eye and said I could trust you. You turned on me, and you knocked on me out.”

A scuffle involving all parties broke out in the ring with a clip shared by AEW afterwards showing Tyson declaring his intentions to come back and have another crack at Jericho.
