The Money Saving Expert's code to get you free tickets to Grand Designs Live with Kevin McCloud

The Money Saving Expert team are great at spotting amazing deals on everything from your phone bill through to savings accounts. But this week, they've managed to secure a code that can get you two free tickets to watch Grand Designs Live with Kevin McCloud at the ExCel Arena in London this May.

The live event is based on the hit Channel 4 TV series, and will feature host and design guru Kevin McCloud. The audience will also be able to watch experts and exhibitors from five sections across the property design industry, including build, kitchens and bathrooms, gardens, interiors, and green living.

Taking place between May 4 and May 12, the eight-day live event promises to feature the latest ideas and innovations, perfect for creatives looking for inspiration for their own homes. There will be live talks at three theatres, with topics including 'How to create the perfect garden', 'Is property still the best investment', and 'Wellbeing in design'.

Tickets for the event are usually between £13 and £16 each, plus a £1.70 booking fee - but with this Money Saving Expert deal, you can get two tickets completely free, with the booking fee waived too. By using the Money Saving Experts' link, the tickets should already appear as discounted on the website, but if it doesn't come up, you can enter the code MSE24 on the first page which will magically make the cost disappear.

As well as the two free adult tickets, two children under the age of 15 can also go free. Tickets are valid for just one day only, but you don't need to specify which day you want to go to the show - just whether you want to go during the week or at the weekend.

There are 20,000 free tickets in total - 12,000 weekday tickets and 8,000 weekend tickets. You'll need to show your tickets on arrival, either on your phone or printed out.
