Colin Powell, the four-star Army general and former secretary of state, was honored at the Washington National Cathedral on Friday, November 5, following his death from coronavirus complications at the age of 84.
This footage filmed by Jenn Seligmann shows a motorcade proceeding to the Washington National Cathedral, where a memorial service was being held to lay Powell’s body to rest.
