Much of Bellevue, Nebraska, Still 'Off Limits' as Floodwaters Begin to Recede

A large part of Bellevue, Nebraska, remained off limits to the public on Sunday, March 24, more than a week after a catastrophic flooding event hit parts of the state.

This drone footage of Bellevue shows much of the city still inundated with floodwater however, levels had begun to recede.

Local police tweeted that they were continuing to survey damage and advised residents in Green Acres, Paradise Lakes and nearby industrial areas, that the region was still “off limits” to the public. Credit: Bellevue Police Department via Storyful
