Yahoo News Neighbours star reveals Toadie's reaction to baby twist
Neighbours star Ryan Moloney has opened up about Toadie Rebecchi's reaction to Fake Dee's baby bombshell.
Toadie's life will change forever next week as the Fake Dee storyline is revisited with a bombshell new twist.
His whole world is turned upside down when Sindi Watts returns to Erinsborough and announces that Andrea Somers has been secretly bringing up his baby.
Speaking to Radio Times, Moloney reveals that Toadie is absolutely adamant the baby won't be his, and that Fake Dee must be pulling another scam.
"There's no way in Toadie's mind this baby is his," Moloney said. "For a start, him and Sonya are embarking on IVF because he's firing blanks. So Toadie thinks this is another play for more money from Sindi or Andrea, or both of them."
He added:
"Yes, Sindi is terribly sorry and holds herself responsible for bringing Andrea into their lives, but that doesn't stop Toadie and Sonya hating her!
"However, Toadie then agrees to a DNA test but is still not willing to accept this child until he knows the truth – he's already been down that road with Willow, who Andrea lied was his while pretending to be Dee."
Neighbours airs these scenes on Tuesday, June 26 at 1.45pm and 5.30pm on Channel 5.
