Yahoo News Neighbours teases possible new love interest for Amy
Neighbours spoilers follow.
Ben Hall's Ned Willis and Jacinta Stapleton's Amy Greenwood will grow much closer in upcoming Neighbours scenes.
Australian viewers get to see their relationship blossom next week, while those in the UK have to wait five weeks.
Chatting to TV WEEK, the two soap stars teased how it will all unfold.

"Ned's been trying to distract himself from the [Yashvi Rebecchi] break-up. Amy is making him laugh and looks stunning, so it's a good distraction," explained Ben.
Referencing the Longest Workout Competition, which releases romance into the air, his co-star Jacinta chipped in with: "They have a lovely friendship that evolves through creative communication and understanding of each other's pasts.
"They're enjoying each other's company, which she takes to mean he wants more. I think she reads the signs incorrectly, but Amy doesn't believe she'll be rejected, so just goes for it [a kiss]. To her, it feels a natural progression."

According to the Ned actor, his character is "chuffed" about Amy's move on him, but a deep respect for his ex-girlfriend could delay anything more.
"Amy is his hot boss. He's excited by her fast and loose approach to life – he wants in on that. There's an appeal there, but he's also aware that not enough time has passed since Yashvi. He wants to be respectful."
Neighbours airs weekdays at 1.45pm and 5.30pm on Channel 5 (UK) and weekdays at 6.30pm on 10 Peach (Australia).
