The cast includes Tig Notaro, Nicole Byer, Mike Birbiglia, London Hughes, Gary Gulman and Atsuko Okatsuka.

“To be clear, I am not a therapist,” Harris quips in the trailer. The star adds, “I think stand-up seems wrought with so much insecurity.”

In explaining how her mental health helped inform her career, Notaro shares, “I found myself making jokes about these different things that I hadn’t been able to find humor in.”

Byer recalls loved ones being unsure on how to offer her guidance. “Things were happening that I don’t know if I could google,” the Nailed It! host says. “I just felt like I was lazy and crazy. My dad was like, ‘What the fuck is wrong with you?'”

Producers on the film are Hart, Bryan Smiley, Kevin Healey and Luke Kelly-Clyne. Executive producers include Berkeley, Ulrike Decoene, Virginie Bercot, Susana Lopez, Arthur Lenfant, Chet Fenster, Adam Puchalsky, JC Del Barco II and Ty Walker.

Group Therapy premieres June 6 at the OKX Theater at BMCC Tribeca Performing Arts Center during the Tribeca Festival, which runs June 5-16.
