What did you miss?
The 26-year-old was missing from the camp at the end of the episode.
A new statement from ITV said: "During last night's live broadcast, Nella Rose required medical treatment on site and was deemed unable to take part in the trial. Nella has since rejoined camp."
As a result of her temporary exit, the influencer was exempt from the next Bushtucker trial In Too Deep which has yet to air on our screens.
This meant Nigel Farage and Nick Pickard would be taking part in In Too Deep in Wednesday's episode.
Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly shared the health update on the social media star when they went into camp to announce which celebrities would be doing the trial - with Rose missing from the campmates.
What, how and why?
In Tuesday's episode, Donnelly was the first to share the news that Rose had left camp.
He said: "Now unfortunately, Nella is being seen by the medic so she'll be back later, but it means she's now exempt from this trial. So let's go in there and see who will be doing it."
It was not disclosed why the star saw the medics.
Yahoo News approached ITV on Tuesday for a further statement.
At the time, ITV said in a statement: "For medical reasons, Nella Rose is being treated by the show's on site medics and will be returning to camp shortly. As a result, she is exempt from the next trial."
Earlier in the episode, Rose got no coins in the trial at Misery Motel with Frankie Dettori.
The influencer was devastated when she couldn't work out the locks and they had to go back to camp to tell them the bad news that they weren't contributing to the food supply.
At the end of the trial, she had to be attended to by I'm A Celebrity staff because one of the snakes had wrapped itself around her.
The social media star freaked out and said: "It was wrapped around me. It wouldn't let go. Oooooo!"
It was an eventful episode as she also had a heated debate with Farage about cultural appropriation leaving her "upset".
Last week Fred Sirieix had to leave camp to see the on-site medic when he had a tick burrow into his arm.
But scenes of him telling the other campmates about the insect appeared on camera.
At the time, Donnelly and McPartlin gave an update saying he was fine and attended to by the medic.
What else happened on I'm A Celebrity?
Jamie Lynn Spears was in tears again and took herself away from the rest of camp to have a cry.
"I want to go home," she said. Previously, Britney's sister had threatened to quit the show and in the past she left Special Forces: World's Toughest Test after three episodes.
The singer was missing her two daughters and home lots but had just begun to settle in well to camp with her fellow celebrities.
Tony Bellew was among the campmates who went out of his way to console the star and urged her to rejoin the I'm A Celebrity jungle camp.
It was revealed on Monday that Grace Dent had left I'm A Celebrity on medical grounds sparking a huge reaction online and from her fellow I'm A Celebrity stars.
In a final goodbye to her campmates, she said she was "heartbroken" and leaving them at this point in the show was "one of the saddest things in my life".
Campmates were moved to tears by her exit, especially Danielle Harold who said: "I don't cry but I will cry for Grace."
Fred Sirieix complimented her goodbye saying: "This is a nice letter."
