Launching today, the online pop-up shop will be available for six weeks only and includes offerings for babies, girls and boys up to age 12, and unisex options.
And while they may be mini, these clothes are still maxed-out on the Gucci vibes; whether logo-embellished, animal-printed or heavily-embroidered.
Think logo-print bum bags, mini pink frilly party dresses, tiny tiger-emblazoned intarsia knit jumpers and even mini versions of those iconic Gucci furry backless loafers.
For any mothers majoring on the mini me trend, this just made twinning with your child in style a whole lot chicer.
“The kidswear pop-up on Net-a-Porter is such an exciting moment for us,” said Alison Loehnis, President at Net-a-Porter and Mr Porter.
“It’s our first foray into the category, and we’ve found the perfect partner in Gucci. With MR PORTER’s kidswear project also underway, this really marks the beginning of something special,” Loenhis added.
Mr Porter, the menswear arm of the luxe retailer, launched its first kidswear range in June, comprising of 90 products for kids between two and 12. The brands involved include Hartford, Vilebrequin, Mollusk, Orlebar Brown, Polo Ralph Lauren and Frescobol Carioca, who are already available for adults on the site.
Could this move signal a permanent childrenswear category is in the pipeline for Net-a-Porter? If it’s all set to be as deliciously cute as the Gucci collection, we certainly hope so.
