'Never Seen It Like This': Road Resembles River During West Virginia Flooding

Residents of South Charleston, West Virginia, were shocked at the sight of roads resembling rivers due to flooding as they attempted to drive on Thursday night, April 11.

The National Weather Service (NWS) had flash flooding warnings in place for areas of central and southern West Virginia.

Captured by local Jody Herold, the footage here shows a flooded road in South Charleston on Thursday night.
