Ariana Grande Reveals Worst Moment Of Her Life

Ariana Grande may be a super cool pop princess now, but it hasn't always been this way, with the singer recently recalling how cringeworthy her debut vid was.

Ariana's music career actually kicked off in 2011, with her releasing Put Your Hearts Up. However, this is a track that the singer would rather forget, with her speaking to Rolling Stone about how she cringes looking back at the music video.

The brunette said: "It was geared toward kids and felt so inauthentic and fake. That was the worst moment of my life.”

She added: “For the video, they gave me a bad spray tan and put me in a princess dress and had me frolic around the street. The whole thing was straight out of hell. I still have nightmares about it, and I made them hide it on my Vevo page.”

Despite Ariana starring on Nickelodeon show Sam & Cat, she also added that acting is just not for her.

"I hate acting,” Grande said, adding: "It’s fun, but music has always been first and foremost with me."

The singer recently unveiled much-loved track, Problem, but she admits that she wasn't sure whether or not she liked it when she first heard it.

"I was scared to approach it, because of the whispers," she says. "Their objective was to do the opposite of a traditional song structure. The idea was to have a really belt-y verse and then a completely minimalistic, whispering, basic chorus. At first, I just didn’t like being all belt-y right away."
