David Seaman Engaged To Dancing On Ice Partner Frankie Poultney

David Seaman is engaged to Dancing On Ice star Frankie Poultney, it has been revealed.

The couple met on the show's live tour back in 2008, prompting the former England football goalkeeper to leave his second wife Debbie Rogers.

However, their relationship will no doubt be tested when they're put under pressure together on the upcoming All-Stars season of the ITV smash hit show, on which they will be competing as a couple.

Speaking to the Daily Mail, David said: "It is going to be extra special when this series starts.

"We are engaged now and if it wasn't for the show, I may not have met Frankie. It is nice to be able to dance together."

David will marry for the third time (WENN)

David first competed on the Sunday night show in 2006, while Frankie signed up one year later. The star had two children with Debbie, whom he married after leaving first wife Sandra.

Perhaps hinting at the engagement (among other things) herself, Frankie wrote on Twitter: "Me & @thedavidseaman had the most hectic, crazy, busy, magical, windy, flooded, relaxing, chaotic, fabulous, brillo, exhausting Xmas ever!"

Dancing On Ice returns to screens for one final run next Sunday, January 5.
