Emma Watson Admits To Being 'A Little Nervous' Before Presenting At The Oscars, Reveals How She Prepared!

Emma Watson might seem really confident when she’s on the big screen, but it turns out that the 23-year-old actress actually had some butterflies before presenting at The Oscars on Sunday.

In a newly released interview with E! News, the actress admitted to being nervous prior to presenting her award.

Apparently, she even wore comfortable shoes to the event for fear that she might trip on stage.

"I'm a little nervous," Emma revealed before the show. "I tried to wear shoes that weren't too crazy so I wouldn't worry that much about tripping."

Choosing the right shoes isn’t enough however. She also admitted to also putting insoles in her shoes so that her feet don’t hurt by the end of the night.

"I always score my shoes and I put insoles in them because it's a long event," she explained. "They can really hurt by the end of the night."

Emma Watson is currently getting ready for the release of her next film Noah. She also spoke about what it was like to work on the action film, which also stars Russell Crowe.

"There's a lot of action but thankfully I didn't get hurt," she said. "I was really just wet a lot, rained on a lot. My character doesn't do that many stunts. It's the boys that do that stuff, so I just kind of watched the boys get hurt."

Noah will hit theaters on March 28 in the US.
