Even though it seems like she would have no issues with her self-esteem, Jennifer Aniston has been seeing a confidence counsellor ahead of George Clooney's wedding.

The star, who is engaged to Justin Theroux, is apparently already nervous about the prospect of coming face-to-face with her ex-husband Brad Pitt and his new love Angelina Jolie at the nuptials.

A source told Grazia magazine, "Jen's no stranger to therapy, so she decided to seek some help. At the wedding, she'll have Justin there for support, but the thought of seeing Brad and Angelina is quite overwhelming."

Thinking about how difficult it could be for her, Jen decided to get some advice ahead of the big day.

The source added, "The therapist has been helping to build her confidence and eliminate the fear she seems to have built up about coming face-to-face with them. She has also been having hypnotherapy."

Although Jen has seen the couple at the Oscars since she divorced Brad nine years ago, the idea of seeing them in a much smaller gathering has left her feeling nervous.

The source said, "Jen wants to be as breezy as possible. She has been doing role plays with her confidence coach and will be as prepared as she can be."
