Zoe Saldana Admits She Gets Over Heartbreak ‘Very Easily’ As Ex Bradley Cooper Moves On

Bradley Cooper has been spotted looking seriously loved-up with new girlfriend Suki Waterhouse this week, but don’t expect Brad’s new relationship to upset his ex Zoe Saldana as she insists she recovers from heartbreak “very easily”.

The Avatar star split from the Silver Linings Playbook actor just before Christmas after enjoying an on/off romance for much of last year. Before her romance with Bradley, Zoe was loved up with her partner of 11 years Keith Britton until 2011.

Despite enduring her fair share of heartache, gorgeous Zoe has admitted she bounces back quickly. "I feel it [heartache], I allow myself to feel it. Of course everyone around me will notice how it made me feel, but I tend to recover very easily,” she tells Latina magazine.

Zoe has a theory though that perhaps her quick recovery is down to the fact that she’s never “really fallen in love yet.”

"When I lose, when my heart is broken, when I lose a competition, when I don't get something, when something doesn't go my way or I have a heartbreak or whatever, maybe it's just the kind of person that I am, or maybe I haven't really fallen in love yet, had that crash boom bam in my life yet, but I tend to recover... healthy and smoothly. And I've been that way up until now. And if it ain't broke, don't fix it.”

The actress, who has been single since her split with Bradley, insists she would never want to have to rely on a man for happiness: "I don't want to need things. I need water, you know what I'm saying? I need to exercise, I need to eat. To be with a man, should be a want. I don't need anybody.”

"The people that I do need are just family. But a man is something that I want, I want be with a partner, because this partner is going to add or I'm going to add to this partner," she continued.

Meanwhile Bradley and Suki may have only been dating for a month but new reports suggest that the actor is totally besotted with the 20-year-old model, with the pair being spotted looking totally loved-up during a romantic break to Paris earlier this week.
