Nicki Minaj confirms she's dating Eminem

Unlikely love is in the air after Nicki Minaj revealed she is dating Eminem.

The news was confirmed by the Anaconda singer herself when Nicki, 35, told a fan on social media that she was, in fact, dating the Stan rapper, 45.

On her Instagram account, she shared a post rapping (well, miming) along to her part in YG’s Big Bank.

‘#BIGBANK OUT NOW!!!!!! @yg@2chainz @bigsean Told’em I met Slim Shady. Bagged a EM!!!’ she captioned the video to her 86.8 million followers.

However, people were shocked when one fan commented, asking: ‘Are you dating Eminem???’

To which she simply replied: ‘Yes’.

And naturally, it sent fans into a frenzy over the idea of the rapping pair hooking up.

Eminem has been married to Kimberly Anne Scott twice. The pair had a daughter in 1995, Hailee, and first wed back in 1999 but divorced two years later. The pair got back together after the rapper said he’d never marry again, in 2006 but their rekindling was brief as they divorced again just months later, after agreeing on joint custody for their daughter.

Nicki has dated some high profile names over the years, including Meek Mill back in 2015, and has since been linked to Drake. Previously, she’d been with her longterm boyfriend Safree Samuel for 12 years.

Funnily, the Chun-Li singer actually raps about Eminem in said uploaded video, which might have prompted fans to ask the question in the first place.

Or could it be a joke?

The blunt ‘yes’ answer ellaborates in no way whatsoever, and until the pair are seen together or have their relationship confirmed we’ll continue to watch this space.
