Norfolk restaurant with two AA Rosettes announces new head chef
An award-winning hotel and restaurant on the north Norfolk coast has welcomed a new head chef.
Sean O’Callaghan has joined the team at The Grove in Cromer and he will oversee its main restaurant the Garden Rooms and seasonal eatery Sundown, which serves pizza and tapas in two giant tipis.
The Grove has achieved two AA Rosettes for culinary excellence for 12 years straight.
Mr O’Callaghan grew up in north Norfolk, so has an in-depth knowledge of the local food scene.

He said: "The fact that The Grove has its own fruit and vegetable kitchen garden is a huge plus for me.
"When you add in the most amazing local seafood, meat and dairy then it all comes together wonderfully.”
