North Cotswolds General Election 2024 results in full: who is the new MP?

The new constituency of the North Cotswolds has elected its first MP and it's a familiar face. The former Cotswolds MP Sir Geoffrey Clifton-Brown will represent the constituency that goes from Chipping Campden to Minchinhampton.

It includes places like Churchdown and Shurdington and tactical voting advice had switched from thinking Liberal Democrats or Labour were best place to defeat Mr Clifton-Brown.

It means a rare moment of victory for the Tories after defeats for Alex Chalk in Cheltenham, Richard Graham in Gloucester, Laurence Robertson in Tewkesbury, Mark Harper in the Forest of Dean and Siobhan Baillie in Stroud.
