Now I Get It: Trump’s decision not to certify the Iran deal

Every 90 days, President Trump is required by Congress to certify that Iran is complying with the nuclear agreement. But ahead of the Oct. 15 deadline, Trump said, “I am announcing today that we cannot and will not make this certification.” Now it’s up to Congress, which has 60 days to make a decision.
