Nuisance city teen named after he is banned from Worcester city centre
A NUISANCE teenager has been banned from a city centre and several supermarkets because of his antisocial antics.
Doulton Biddle, 18, of Oakley Close, Worcester, was made subject to a criminal behaviour order (CBO) at Worcester Magistrates Court today.
The two year order prohibits Biddle from:
1. Associating in any public place with six named youths
2. Being out in a public place between 9pm and 7am with another two named individuals unless in company with one or other of their parents
3. Refusing to leave a premises, or area forming part of that premises when asked by someone who has authority to do so.
4. Entering the following areas or premises –
a. Malvern, as defined on a map.
b. Worcester City Centre, as defined in a map unless accompanied by a parent
c. Asda, Silver Street, Worcester including its car park and foyer
d. Co-op, Gresham Road, Worcester
e. Lambert Road, Worcester
f. Bishop’s Avenue Worcester
