Officer Tackles Minibike Rider Who Led Police on Chase

A police officer in the Oklahoma City area tackled a man riding a minibike, after police said he led them on a chase through a railyard.

Bodycam and dashcam footage released by the Moore Police Department on June 27 shows the officer leaving his car and running on foot to take down the suspect.

The man was facing multiple charges, police said. They did not provide information on why they started to pursue him, but according to the legal information site Justia, minibikes are “prohibited from operating or shall be limited in operation on the streets and highways” of Oklahoma.
