Ohio Dad Builds Incredible Life Size 'Cars' Characters for Halloween

An Ohio dad is raising the bar when it comes to Halloween props, creating life size versions of characters from the movie Cars for his semi-truck loving son.

Edgar Escobar told Storyful that his three-year-old son is “crazy” about semi-trucks. “The bigger the better and he loves driving his regular truck,” he said.

He said that he wanted to be Mack, a character from beloved Disney-Pixar film Cars, for Halloween and Escobar quickly got to work.

Footage posted to Escobar’s @super_simple_diy Instagram account shows the evolution of the impressive costume, as he transforms his son’s electric toy truck into Mack, even adding in other cars — including Lightning McQueen — to be included inside the hauler. Credit: @super_simple_diy via Storyful
