Passenger Jet Airliner Lands In Antarctica For First Time Ever

An Airbus A340 Aircraft has landed on the continent of Antarctica for the first time. Hi Fly, a Charter Aviation Company, was behind the flight, commissioned by Wolf's Fang. The trip is a world first as it's the first time a wide-body passenger Jet Airliner has touched down on the continent. Captain Carlos Mirpuri and his crew flew the aircraft on its journey to Antarctica. Landing on a blue glacial ice runwway the aircraft will be used this season to fly a small number of tourists alongside Scientists and essential cargo to the white continent. Describing the landing, Captain Mirpuri wrote: "A blue glacial ice runway is hard, it can stand a heavy airplane on it". Wolf's Fang is a new project from high-end Antarctica Tourism Company white desert.
