Yahoo News Peaky Blinders' season 5 ending was predicted by Alfie Solomons

The season 5 finale of Peaky Blinders was pretty epic — but did anyone realise that Alfie Solomons (Tom Hardy) himself predicted it?
The supposedly deceased character, who was thought to have been killed after being in shot in the face by Tommy Shelby (Cillian Murphy), returned in dramatic fashion during Sunday night's episode (September 22).
Alfie's return at the end of the episode delighted but didn't exactly shock fans — although the ending, which saw Tommy contemplate shooting himself, did.
And as it turns out, such an ending was actually prophesied by Alfie himself.

Earlier in the episode, Tommy is hallucinating when he has a conversation with a version of Alfie.
Solomons tells him: "I had a recurring dream, I saw you in a field with a big black horse and you said goodbye and then 'bang'."
Solomons' dream turns out to pretty closely resemble the closing moments of the finale, without the bang, as audiences never heard the gun fire.

So, will Tommy Shelby survive?
Well, a first-look at Peaky Blinders season 6 is already teasing new characters. So, it'll certainly be a nervous wait.
