Peter Andre has forked out a whopping £5 million to buy the former home of Hollywood actor Tom Cruise.
Pete is believed to have snapped up the six bedroom Sussex property as soon as it hit the market to move into with his children and pregnant wife, Emily.
Set in 4.2 acres of grounds, the sprawling property features a guest house with a further two bedrooms as well as a tennis court, cinema, dance studio and outdoor swimming pool.
He and his wife Emily have moved into the home with their two-year-old daughter Amelia as well as Princess and Junior, his children with Katie.
Pete hasn’t been in the country for the move as he is away in Orlando – a trip that Emily was unable to make due to the risk of Zika virus in the area – leaving her at home to oversea things.
Writing in his column for new! magazine, Peter revealed:
“Unfortunately, Emily couldn’t come with us because CDC (the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) issued a travel warning advising pregnant women not to travel to Florida as the Zika virus is actively circulating there.”
The news comes as Pete has revealed plans to perhaps bring back his reality show Peter Andre: My Life.
He previously said: “I’m thinking about bringing my show back. It would be nice to do one or two more series. I’m in talks for that at the moment.”
“We did 10 series in the end but I said after the fifth series if we ever do 10 we’ll call it a day because at one point the ratings will drop.”
“The ratings at the end were actually the highest we had.”
