Peter Andre teases shock boxing match with Tommy Fury and issues warning to star

Peter Andre has cheekily suggested he's gearing up for a boxing match with Tommy Fury. The 51 year old singer shared his enthusiasm on Instagram, posting a video clip and playfully warning the ex-Love Island contestant and professional boxer. He excitedly proclaimed: "Tommy Fury has challenged me to a fight. Does he know what he's in for? ".

Peter a father of four, the latest of whom was born in Taunton earlier this year, continued: "He's an old friend but yeah, getting in the ring. An Aussie and a Brit, let's see what happens."

With a hint of jest, Andre quipped: "No, you know what? I'm gonna look him straight in the eye and go, 'Tommy, huh, you wanna fight an Aussie, huh? " In the footage, we see 25 year old Fury dressed casually in a green vest and shorts, simply responding: "Hi."

The camera then switches back to Peter who jokes: "Look mate, there's a bar down the road if you want to... I just want to buy you a... Tommy! ", as reported by the Mirror, reports the Daily Star.

The video shows the duo energetically attacking punch bags, with Peter appearing somewhat concerned as Fury vigorously works on his bag. As they both lift their fists, the screen fades to black, hinting at a potential clash with the words Andre vs Fury emblazoned across.

In the comments section, Peter teased: "Who's ready for this one? ". His fans quickly gathered to show their support for the former I'm A Celebrity participant.

"Team Pete," one supporter exclaimed. Another cautioned: "Don't risk that handsome face! " Meanwhile, a third fan complimented: "Looking gorgeous Pete but don't ruin that beautiful face of yours".

However, it appears that the tussle was all in aid of a noble cause - Soccer Aid. This follows after Tommy had the crowd at Soccer Aid in fits of laughter over the weekend.

Fury was among the celebrities who participated in this year's charity football match, which raised funds for UNICEF. The reality TV star played for the World XI team alongside famous faces such as Roman Kemp, Jason Manford, Tony Bellew and Usain Bolt, as well as former footballers Eden Hazard, Roberto Carlos and Petr Cech.

Regrettably, Tommy's team were defeated by England, with the final score being 6-3. This marked Tommy's second year taking part in Soccer Aid, but his performance on the pitch was met with criticism from supporters.

He made two significant mistakes after coming on as a substitute. Tommy tried to take a throw-in, but instead of throwing it over his head, he chose an underarm toss.

Footage of the mishap quickly spread on social media. And it's safe to say fans were questioning Tommy's understanding of the game.
