Yahoo News Phew, Nicki Minaj and Drake are friends again!
Our long international nightmare is over: there is peace between Nicki Minaj and Drake once again.
If you need proof, look no further than Nicki's own Instagram account - which is now freshly stocked with photos of a night out with old flame Drizzy and their Young Money cohort Lil Wayne.
The usually verbose Nicki didn't actually mention mending fences with Drake in the Instagram captions, but a picture is worth 1,000 words. Both photos were later shared on Drake's Instagram account too.
A truce between these two is just what we need in these troubled times, especially since the beef between Nicki's former boyfriend Meek Mill and Drake got far more heated than it ever should have.
In fact, Nicki hit out at both men for their childish fighting at the height of the feud: "It doesn't make me feel good. You don't ever want to choose sides between people you love. It's ridiculous. I just want it to be over."
However, there's definitely something intriguing about the timing of this peace-brokering meet-up with Lil Wayne. Just last month, Nicki announced that she'd broken off her two-year romance with Meek Mill and was focused on new challenges this year.
"To confirm, yes I am single," she tweeted on January 5. "Focusing on my work & looking forward to sharing it with you guys really soon. Have a blessed New Year."
We're not convinced that there's any renewed romance for Drizzy and Nicki right now though, especially since Drake has been spotted cosying up to Jennifer Lopez in recent weeks.
Maybe this was all just one very public parting shot at Meek Mill? Time will tell...
