Phillip Schofield suffers 'painful' Brits hangover after This Morning host gets ‘wasted’ with Holly Willoughby

This Morning may be a struggle for Phillip Schofield after he got “wasted” at the Brit Awards with his co-star Holly Willoughby.

Schofield told fans he was in pain after waking up from a night of partying following the ceremony at London’s O2 arena.

The 55-year-old posted a Snapchat of the top of his head on Thursday morning with the caption: “Ow… bloody OW.”

The post came hours after Schofield posted pictures from his night, including one of a bottle of red wine.

Clearly enjoying himself, he also shared a selfie with Willoughby as they pulled faces for the camera.

During the ceremony Willoughby was caught brushing Schofield’s hair as Whitehall joked that they were already drunk.

“Look these two are already wasted,” he quipped. “Behave yourselves.”

The TV duo partied with a host of stars including Dermot O’Leary, Keith Lemon and former Spice Girl Emma Bunton.

The last time Schofield and Willoughby enjoyed a night out together, they ‘failed to turn up’ to This Morning.

After celebrating their National Television Awards win the pair struggled through the show with the help of pizza and some bacon sandwiches from resident chef Phil Vickery.

Following the 2016 awards they arrived at the ITV studios wearing their outfits from the night before and revealed that they had stayed out all night celebrating and hadn’t been home to change before going live on air.
